As part of our commitment to BeMore inclusive, we are excited to be working with the Blueprint for All (formally known as the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust), which runs high impact programmes that inspire and enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed.
urban and Blueprint for All have partnered together to launch the #BeMoreInclusive programme. With people from BAME backgrounds making up less than 7% of registered architects, something needs to change. Therefore, we have designed the #BeMoreInclusive programme to support young people from under-represented backgrounds into architecture and to help built environment employers to access a more diverse workforce.
