Charlotte Northam
Charlotte leads the urban business in her role as Operations Director and VP of US Operations.
Charlotte has been with urban for six years, joining originally as a Junior Consultant, before progressing rapidly through the organization. Having recently achieved an astounding sixth promotion, she is a testament to what hard work and exceptional talent can achieve.
Charlotte established our US operations in 2018 in New York City. Following the success of Charlotte and her team, client demand saw urban rapidly expand and enter the Architectural and Interior Design markets across Chicago and Washington DC, with more to follow.
Charlotte is the program lead of #BeMoreInclusive USA; more than a year in the making and launched in collaboration with the IIDA. She is also proud to claim completion of the London Marathon, a 25-mile walk to the Stephen Lawrence Centre, and the National Three Peaks Challenge amongst other events, raising funds for our great friends, and former UK charity partner.
