Charlotte Northam
Meet Charlotte the Global Operations Director for urban and an EDI Board member for the STR Group, Charlotte is known for bringing passion and expertise to the table.
Starting with urban in April 2016 as a trainee consultant through hard work and dedication Charlotte was promoted into the role of Operations Director in 2022. Now as the leader for the whole of the urban brand, her focus is driving strategic initiatives and fostering diversity within the architecture and interior design global markets sectors.
Leading by example, Charlotte is dedicated to the urban team, encouraging them to achieve their goals and managing them through their own career development. In addition to this she is also a part of the senior leadership team for the STR group. Charlottes expertise lies in high-level recruitment for architecture and interior design clients, focusing on elevating diversity and future female leaders.
Outside of work, Charlotte is passionate about fitness, running, weightlifting, and water sports. As a dedicated mother, she strives to be a strong female influence for her daughter. Charlotte is also urban’s resident vegan, enjoying cooking and baking food for the team to try!
