Senior Project Running Architect

I am thrilled to be partnering with a leading design-focused architectural team in Dublin, in their search for a talented Senior Architect to join their dynamic team.

Widely regarded as one of the very best contemporary design studios, led by a renowned Architectural leader, this studio are on the up with a great deal of work scheduled for 2025 and beyond. Next year is shaping up very nicely.

Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect with a passion for innovative design to take on a key leadership role within a growing practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept through to completion, managing project teams, and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional projects across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, and cultural spaces.

I am looking to speak with Architects that have excellence across design and early conceptual stages, as well as strong experience in technical construction and on-site work. The suitable candidate will be RIAI qualified and a proven team leader with strong client facing skills.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the design and delivery of projects from inception to completion.
* Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
* Oversee the preparation of design proposals, technical drawings, and documentation.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and standards.

Requirements:

* RIAI-registered Architect (or equivalent) with at least 5-7 years’ post-qualification experience.
* Strong design portfolio that demonstrates leadership and expertise across a range of project types.
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams
