Architectural Project Manager

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per annum

A dynamic architectural firm seeking a highly experienced Architectural Project Manager to develop and lead ground-up projects in New York. Our client prides itself on its collaborative work environment and dedication to delivering high-quality design to their stakeholders.


1 Oversee ground-up projects, ranging from 15,000 to 50,000 square ft in area.
2 Manage a team of up to five designers, coordinating their efforts and ensuring project deadlines are met.
3 Utilize proficiency in Revit to produce and manage architectural drawings and documentation.
4 Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
5 Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality standards throughout the design and construction process.
6 Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
7 Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.
8 Maintain open and effective communication with all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
9 Represent the firm in project meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required.


1 Over a decade of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on ground-up projects.
2 Proficiency in Revit is essential; familiarity with additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management programs is advantageous.
3 Field experience in construction or related disciplines is preferred.
4 Past project experience should align with the firm’s current aesthetic and typology, particularly in healthcare clinics.
5 Willingness and ability to commute to Brooklyn and work in-office five days a week.
6 Full authorization to work in New York City, USA.
