Senior Project Architect (CA Focus) – Institutional + Education Specialists with Great Office Culture + Hybrid Working

urban is delighted to be working with one of our biggest clients, a firm we have placed multiple people with this year already, as they are looking for a Senior Project Architect with expertise in CA.

This studio are c.80-strong US-wide, and their NYC office is at 15 people, with plans to grow to around 20-25. They specialize in institutional, education, cultural and civic work, all great quality medium and large-scale projects. They are a full-service firm and work from inception to completion, using Revit as their main tool.

We have placed 4 people in the New York office within the past 6 months – so we know them very well. They have a wonderful office environment and culture, and really look after their staff’s work / life balance and benefits. They provide a whole host of social activities during the work week – including breakfasts, lunches, seminars, happy hours, and early finishes on Fridays!

They are looking for a Senior Project Architect with lots of CA experience, in what will be a key role in their growing office. The role will entail being hands-on with the details, as well as overseeing the production quality of the team and involved in best practice and strategy for CA within the studio, to ensure design integrity is consistently maintained through the delivery of their projects.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, a demonstrable track record of working in CA on medium or large-scale projects, a portfolio of good quality detailing and a good knowledge of Revit. If you have experience working on education, civic or industrial projects, that would be of benefit.

Salary range $110,000-135,000
