Job Title: Senior Project Manager – High-End Retail Store Design

Location: New York City, NY (or willingness to relocate)

Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 per annum

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our retail store design projects for high-end clientele. The successful candidate will be a licensed architect with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the retail sector. This individual will oversee all aspects of the design and construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Lead the planning, design, and execution of high-end retail store projects from concept to completion.
2 Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
3 Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to achieve project goals.
4 Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
5 Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
6 Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
7 Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
8 Utilize Revit proficiency to oversee and review design documentation and ensure coordination among disciplines.
9 Review shop drawings and other project documentation to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.
10 Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.


1 Registered and licensed architect in the United States.
2 Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail store design.
3 Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
4 Strong portfolio of previous retail projects demonstrating design excellence and client satisfaction.
5 Background in interior architecture or interior design is highly desirable.
6 Proficiency in Revit software for design documentation and coordination.
7 Ability to review shop drawings and construction documents for accuracy and compliance.
8 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
9 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
10 Full legal authorization to work in the United States.
