We are seeking a Senior Interior Technician with a wealth of experience and expertise to join our dynamic clients team. If you have 8 years of technical experience across all RIBA project stages within professional practice, with a proven track record in base build projects and interior fit-outs. Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the advancement of technical team expertise, encompassing technical detailing, NBS production, regulatory compliance, tender, and construction packages.
* Act as a representative of the practice, enhancing its profile positively.
* Foster productive relationships with colleagues across various studios, predominantly our London studio.
* Participate in technical design reviews.
* Display senior-level experience and technical prowess, ideally with 8+ years of experience or evidence of managing and developing detailed project packages through on-site management.
* Lead the development and management of drawing packages, ensuring the creation of comprehensive design drawings and documents.
* Contribute to the enhancement of technical expertise, including technical detailing, NBS production, and regulatory compliance.
* Demonstrate excellent specification writing skills, particularly with NBS.
* Possess a deep understanding of all work stages and the requisite level of detail for each RIBA stage.
* Exhibit a robust knowledge of the technical aspects of projects, working collaboratively to ensure designs are compliant with building regulations and planning approvals.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology (with a focus on technical detailing).
* Extensive Revit experience (minimum 5 years) with a technical focus.
* Strong design and technical detailing capabilities.
* Proficiency in family creation and schedule creation within Revit.
* Willingness to serve as a technical mentor to junior staff members, with excellent interpersonal skills and motivational abilities.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
