Our client is a mid-sized boutique architecture and interior design studio based in the heart of Dublin. They specialise in creating exquisite, one-of-a-kind residential spaces, focusing primarily on private one-off housing projects, amongst other typologies. With a reputation for innovation and attention to detail, this studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their creative team and contribute to the realisation of exceptional living environments.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unique, luxury interiors for exclusive residential projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and other design professionals to bring the client’s vision to life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced interior designer to make a significant impact on high-end residential design in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design Excellence: Lead and work alongside Directors on the conceptualisation, development, and execution of interior design concepts that align with the studio’s design philosophy and client requirements.
* Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their desires, maintaining the studio’s design principles.
* Project Management: Oversee the entire interior design process, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other design professionals to coordinate interior design efforts within the larger project scope. Assisting junior members of the team and provide them with a leadership figure in the team.
* Material and Furnishing Selection: Source and select high-quality materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the project’s vision and budget.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control throughout all project phases to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and design integrity are upheld.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* A strong portfolio showcasing private one-off residential housing projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry trends.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Exceptional project management abilities, including budget and schedule management.
