Senior Interior Architect OR Technician

Are you an Architectural professional that has experience or enjoys the interior design projects? Maybe you are a Technician that is keen to work across a mix of architectural AND interiors work?

I have a fantastic opportunity working with one of Ireland’s best studios as they look to add to and bolster their team in Dublin with the appointment of a Senior Architect OR Technician, that has suitable interiors experience.

Arguably one of the countries best known names with a reputation to match. This position offers an opportunity to work alongside some of the finest professionals in the industry on a wide range of project sectors.

The team work and have commissions in Workplace, Office, Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:
Suitable candidates will have experience in an Irish design practice, working through a mixture of project stages. Ideal experience is across the technical stages of projects and understanding Irish building regulations. Responsibilities will also be to lead a small team thorugh tender and construction pack productions, as well as regularly coordination with MEP, Security, AV, IT, DAC, Fire and Acoustics.

Experience using Revit is essential. There will be a Revit test at interview 2nd stage.

Salary:
Salary is very competitive, with numbers circa 57-68k for the right professional that can add immense value to the existing team.
