I am delighted to be working in partnership with one of Dublin’s finest Interior Design studios as they look to welcome a Senior Interior Architect to their growing team.
Following planned company growth and an increase in project workload, the team are looking for a Senior to join the team and add immense value and experience to their existing workforce.
The studio are renowned for their diverse portfolio of work that spans Ireland, Europe and the US with projects coming across Hospitality (Hotels, F&B), Commercial, Retail, Office and Mixed Use typologies.
The Role:
I am looking to speak with Senior Interior Architects that are confident in taking projects from early design stages right through to on-site completion. My search for professionals has a real emphasis on this point, it is essential that suitable Designers are well-experienced and skilled in taking projects right through RIAI Stages 0-7.
As well as project-leading experience, suitable Designers will be creative and technically gifted. You’ll be an all-rounder that is confident in working with others, being responsible for junior members of the team and passing on your wisdom!
The team have a fantastic work culture and positive environment, providing staff the platform to thrive and work together on projects in an engaging setting. There are plenty of opportunities to progress and develop, with clear career paths to leadership roles.
Software:
The studio use AutoCAD so experience in this will be essential. The team do have capability to use Revit / BIM on projects, depending on the work. This is desirable but not essential.
Salary:
Salary is based on experience and suitability for the role, alongside the influence you can bring to the team. Benefits include very attractive pay , pension, company laptop, company mobile, death in service, holidays and the loyalty days benefit scheme.
