Urban are delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland’s finest design studios in their search for Senior Design / Project Managers to join their busy award-winning team in Dublin.

At a Senior level, this role involves spearheading projects, overseeing large-scale schemes of significant value, managing team workflows, and upholding exemplary work standards.

The suitable Senior Design / Project Manager will play a key role in advancing my clients portfolio of work in a variety of project sectors, tapping into national opportunities for growth. With work in Ireland on the up, the forecast and project portfolio is increasingly busy. Desirable experience will be across Data Centre projects and large-scale infrastructure work.

This role is open to candidates from an architecture OR engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and direct the completion of multiple projects and project teams.
* Collaborate with and guide clients through the different phases of their projects.
* Lead consulting partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
* Perform site visits to offer construction and technical assistance.
* Evaluate and contribute to project execution strategies at both client representative and project levels.
* Optimise and allocate project resources efficiently.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of architectural design and the ability to convert design concepts into detailed project plans within budget limits.
* Manage construction contracts, lead design teams, and provide directives to contractors.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Irish construction sector.
* Contract administration experience
* Project programming, resource planning, and project management expertise
* Professional qualification or experience in architecture, architectural technology, or engineering
* First class communication and presentation skills
* Familiarity and excellence with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
* Experience in designing buildings for high technology, process-driven, or industrial sectors.
* Revit – Desirable but not essential
