urban are delighted to be partnering with an established award-winning architectural design studio in Central London as they look to welcome a Senior Associate to their team.

Following planned company growth and an increase on project pipeline for 2024 and beyond, this exciting design studio are renowned nationally and internationally for their work across multiple project sectors.

At Senior Associate level, the team are keen to make an important strategic appointment of a professional that can help continue driving the business forward alongside the current structure. Strong experience in a similar role is desirable. This role will be best suited to a professional that has experience helping to win work, has a good network and enjoys working alongside clients and building rapport.

Note: I will also consider Senior Architects that would like to step up and take on more responsibility. However previous Healthcare and UK experience is essential.

The studio has a diverse portfolio of work across multiple project sectors, with this role focused upon the Healthcare sector. Previous healthcare experience in the UK will be essential. Suitable candidates will have a strong background in healthcare schemes, frameworks and be familiar within this typology.

The salary is considerably open with the team happy to be flexible depending on suitable and experience. Figures are circa 55-70k + benefits.

Yes, but likely expectations will be to be in the office as much as possible due to the seniority and responsibility of this position, especially during early months of this role. The studio are a flexible business.
