Urban are delighted to be working alongside a top award-winning design studio in Dublin as they look to welcome a Senior Architectural Technologist to their growing team. The suitable candidate will have previous Interior Design experience.
The business is thriving and following planned company growth, this studio are going from strength to strength. My discussions with the team reveal an exciting opportunity to strengthen their technical team at a Senior level with the appointment of a Senior Technologist to add value to the existing workforce.
The studio are renowned for their diverse portfolio of work that spans Ireland, Europe and the US with projects coming across Hospitality (Hotels, F&B), Commercial, Retail, Office and Mixed Use typologies.
The Role:
Suitable Senior Technologists will ideally be skilled right through the plan of work from early design stages to technical completion on site – with excellence coming post-planning on technical, coordination, delivery and construction stages. I am looking to speak with senior professionals that are motivated to work hard, are enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
This role brings great responsibility and opportunity, so experience in a similar setting, working well with others and being a confident leader will be desirable attributes.
The team have a fantastic work culture and positive environment, providing staff the platform to thrive and work together on projects in an engaging setting. There are plenty of opportunities to progress and develop, with clear career paths to leadership roles.
The studio use AutoCAD so experience in this will be essential. The team are also Revit users so experience with this BIM software is desirable. Adobe and SketchUp also desirable.
Salary:
Salary is based on experience and suitability for the role, alongside the influence you can bring to the team. Benefits include very attractive pay , pension, company laptop, company mobile, death in service, holidays and the loyalty days benefit scheme.
