I am working alongside and partnering with one of Irelands top design studio’s that are based in Dublin, as the seek to hire an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist.

The studio are widely considered to be at the forefront of the Irish design profession with a huge portfolio of excellent projects, award-winning work and a volume of work that’ll keep them busy for 2024 and beyond.

The Role:
Suitable candidates will have 7-8 years+ experience in a Irish practice and be confident and experience in working within the Irish construction market. As a Senior Architectural Technologist you’ll regularly showcase the ability to lead and contribute at senior level to the management and delivery of complex projects in a busy environment.

The role is focused towards Data Centre projects so experience in large-scale complex infrastructure and data schemes is highly preferable.

As a Senior you will also be responsible and lead junior members of the team. Being a beacon of excellence and someone that lesser experienced colleagues can look up to and take inspiration from is key. Naturally in Senior roles, you’ll be able to manage multiple projects and be consistently guiding and nurturing the younger talent.

Software & Salary:
Software proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is essential. Working to ISO19650 is highly desirable, as well as a strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and the BCAR process.

Salary is very competitive, with numbers circa 63-75k for the right professional that can add immense value to the existing team.
