If you are an architect with 8-11 years of hospitality experience, working on luxury projects across the globe, this is the role for you. They are seeking professionals with CD and CA experience, alongside strong design understandings, to join their New York based team.

Working alongside other senior colleagues and leading a small team, you will be tasked with creating some of the worlds most renowned hospitality venues across the United States and South America. This role will have you teaming up with professionals from both the New York and Los Angeles Studio.

Skills & Requirements:

* BA in Architecture required.
* 8 – 11 years of experience in a professional architecture firm.
* Experience in High end Hospitality or high end Residential projects required.
* Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino all required.
* Ground Up experience highly beneficial.
* CD and CA experience highly valuable.
* Licensure preferred but not required.

This role is based in Manhattan, and would require you are able to commute into the office multiple times per week. The salary compensation for this role would be offered in accordance to experience, and would be between $100,000 – $125,000.
