I am working alongside a top Irish studio based in central Dublin known for their excellent design quality and reputation as one of the very best in the country. The studio are hiring for a Senior Architect / Associate to join their operation in Dublin, leading teams and being a real ‘go-to’ in the office.

Widely accepted as a leader in what they do. World-renowned with a reputation as one of the very best across life science, technology, infrastructure, DC and Logistic sectors. The team have a legacy that establishes themselves as a market leader, a diverse and popular team working across a variety of project sectors. Other sectors include Education, Commercial and Workplace sectors – a real mix.

The Role:

A Senior Architect that will work with the Associate to design and deliver projects through all stages. They will run a project team and mentor junior staff. They will ensure coordination of information from the Design Team and other project consultants. They are responsible for managing project deliverables and reporting issues to the Associates and/or Directors. They can confidently support and contribute to submissions, proposals, tenders and business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate layouts and generate tender and construction documentation
* Under Senior guidance, you will be responsible for the development of sketch/conceptual design
* Strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery and on-site project stages.
* Excel with technical drawings, specifications, schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.
* Ensure all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.
* Collaborate with Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conduct site visits to provide construction and technical support.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or higher degree of Architecture or Architecture Technology or industry related equivalent.
* Member of the RIAI, CIAT, or other national/international equivalent of registration for architects, interior designers or architectural technologists for 8 years+.
* Over 10 years of experience working in an Irish studio
* Revit excellence – this is essential.
* Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
* Advantageous experience in Industrial projects and large-scale complex schemes.
