We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our clients employee-owned firm in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team on large-scale residential projects. If you’re confident in Stage 5 delivery and passionate about sustainable design and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you. With a major project kicking off in January, we need someone who can seamlessly integrate into the team, bring expertise to the table, and drive the project forward.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and mentor a team with plans to expand the team in the near future.
* Take projects from Stage 5 through to construction, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Lead and oversee large-scale residential projects, ensuring design and delivery excellence.
* Incorporate sustainability principles into projects wherever possible.

Essential Requirements

* Expertise in Revit (non-negotiable).
* Proven experience in Stage 5 project delivery.
* Extensive background in large-scale residential projects.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients effectively.
* Knowledge and application of sustainable design principles would be an advantage
