Senior Architect

We’re currently working with a brilliant design-led architectural studio situated in SE London. They are looking to hire a Senior Architect to lead a housing project of around 150 units. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Architect, you’ll manage the design and delivery of UK housing projects from mid-stage onwards.

Key Requirements:

Hands-on involvement in RIBA stages three, four, and five
Demonstrated expertise in technical aspects of architecture
Proficiency in construction detailing and documentation
Experience with on-site project management
Up-to-date understanding of building regulations
Advanced proficiency in Revit software
Familiarity with NHBC and NBS specifications
Track record of successfully navigating planning conditions
Specialised knowledge of exterior brick cladding systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Effective workload management and ability to meet deadlines
Proven capability in overseeing project operations on a day-to-day basis
Experience in supervising and guiding teams of three to four individuals
Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers
