RIAI Architect

Urban are working alongside a leading mid-sized architectural studio in the heart of Dublin City as they look to welcome an RIAI Architect to their team.

With a healthy portfolio of work forecast for 2024, the team are set to be super busy in the coming months. Current projects are across large-scale residential schemes, of high value and community interest.

The studio work across a diverse portfolio of work with project sectors including Commercial, Residential, Workplace, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail and Masterplanning schemes.

Ideal applicants will be motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious and have aspirations to work/lead projects on some of the country’s most desirable schemes. This studio can provide a brilliant platform to continue development, progress and fulfill potential all whilst supported by some of the best professionals in Ireland.

The studio work across a variety of project sectors and the talented Dublin team are busy working within the a diverse mix of typologies from inception to completion (RIAI Stages 0-7). Experience in large scale projects from early design stages through to site and finish will be desirable. Previous experience in Residential schemes would be an advantage.

You’ll be a confident all-rounder, capable across all work stages and communicative with less experienced colleagues and clients alike.

The studio are strong BIM users with the majority of projects in Revit. Good levels of BIM proficiency are essential and will put you at an advantage.
