Urban are excited to be collaborating and working alongside a renowned Architecture & Design studio, widely recognised as one of the best in the country, to welcome an experienced Architect to their Dublin team. As the studio continue to grow and add to the team, there is a real buzz and confidence about the years ahead.
The Role:
This exciting opportunity will suit a confident, experienced and forward-thinking Architect that has 5 years + post-qualifying experience and a solid background in working with Irish studios on their CV.
The suitable Architect will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to plan and work to agreed timelines, a thorough, diligent approach to work and driven to see things through to completion. This role will be across projects from early design to completion so experience through the whole project journey (RIAI Stages 0-7) will be most preferable.
The studio are world-renowned for their exceptional quality and award-winning work. Prior experience with large-scale residential schemes will be desirable as current projects are across these sectors.

Software & Salary:
Software proficiency in Revit is essential. Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and the BCAR process.
Salary is very competitive, with numbers circa 53-65k (DOE) for the right professional that can add immense value to the existing team. As stated above, suitable experience would likely be around the 5-8 year point.
