One of our long-term clients in NYC are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join their growing studio. As a leading architecture firm in Manhattan, our client is dedicated to delivering outstanding design and project management services. Their team is made up of experienced and talented professionals who are committed to creating innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience in the industry, with a strong background in designing and managing projects in the hospitality, corporate workplace, commercial, or retail fit-out sectors.

They will be responsible for leading the design and project management efforts for a variety of interior architecture projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality. They will work closely with clients, project team members, and other stakeholders to develop project scope, timelines, and budgets, and will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and project management efforts for a variety of interior architecture projects, including hospitality, corporate workplace, commercial, and retail fit-out projects.
* Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets, and manage the project from start to finish, with a special attention to project financials.
* Work closely with clients and project team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
* Ensure that all project deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and that the project is completed in accordance with the scope, timelines, and budgets that have been established.
* Communicate effectively with clients and project team members to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
* Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
* 10+ years of professional experience in Architecture, with a focus on hospitality, corporate workplace, commercial, or retail fit-out projects.
* Professional licensure is preferred, but not required.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project scope, timelines, budget and manage projects from start to finish, with a special attention to project financials.
* Strong design skills, with the ability to create high-quality designs that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project team members, and other stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Experience with Revit is a bonus
* Knowledge of relevant software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.

Salary for this role is $110,000 – $150,000, subject to experience. This firm provides excellent benefits.
