urban are delighted to be working closely with one of the best design consultancies in the industry as they look to hire a Project Lead with an Architectural and Urban Design background.
Following planned company growth and an increase on project pipeline for 2024 and beyond, this creative service are renowned nationally and internationally for their retail and commercial catalogue of work.
The role of Project Lead Architectural / Urban Designer is targeted towards professionals that have a strong background across Architecture and Urban Design / Masterplanning disciplines. This role will be responsible for project leading and team leading working in conjunction with the masterplanning management team to project completion.
Strong teamwork and management experience is essential, as well as decision making autonomy and the ability to work well with others. As this is a Senior role, you’ll need to lead by examples. Strong time management skills are key as well as the skill-set to work alongside clients and sub-consultants.

Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Grasshopper
Salary:
This role is at £44,000 – £52,000 (+ benefits). Dependent on experience and suitability.
WFH:
Yes, but likely expectations will be to be in the office as much as possible due to the seniority and responsibility of this position. 2 day/ 3 day split expected.
