Job Title: Project Architect

Location: New York, USA

Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Project Architect with 8+ years of professional experience to lead and manage multifamily residential projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in domestic projects (New York and USA) and proficiency in Revit (and other design software.) International experience will be considered. While licensure is not a requirement, candidates must be actively working towards NCARB certification. The candidate must have the right to work in the USA and be living in the state of New York before August 1st.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of multifamily residential projects, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
* Utilize Revit and other design software to produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and construction documents.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved within budget and on schedule.
* Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
* Stay informed about industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices to deliver innovative solutions.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of professional architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of multifamily residential projects.
* Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs is highly desirable.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
* Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Must be actively working towards NCARB certification.
* Must have the right to work in the USA.
* Must be residing in the state of New York before August 1st.
* Commercial and hospitality project experience is a bonus.
