This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and proactive Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a collaborative team, working on large-scale commercial and residential projects. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional architecture, gaining hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools, and contributing to all project stages. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Architects/Project Architects to deliver architectural services in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Create and edit Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, sections, layouts, and construction documents.
* Produce reports, specifications, and tender documents.
* Stay up to date with developments in design, construction, sustainability, and legislation.
* Participate in site visits and assist in issuing drawings and other administrative tasks.
* Proactively manage deadlines and coordinate with the wider team.
* Support and contribute to the quality assurance processes and adhere to Health & Safety policies.

Skills Required

* RIBA Part 2 qualification.
* Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
* At least 2 years of UK-based experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
* Experience in workshared projects and managing complex Revit models.
* Solid understanding of UK building construction fundamentals, statutory, and planning requirements.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
* Desirable: Experience with NBS specifications.
