An interesting, highly varied role has become available within a Shoreditch based architectural practice.

Supporting a creative workforce of 20+, this practice are looking for a proactive office coordinator with active skills in book-keeping and accounts administration.

The role will see no two days the same, from preparing and issuing client invoices using Xero, to assisting the HR Manager with meetings, holiday requests and social event arrangement. You could be carring out general office administration duties such as stationary ordering, to renewal of insurance policies.

It will be preferable if the successful candidate has worked within a similar role within architecture and design, excellent MS Office experience, and proven experience in book-keeping.
