Urban is delighted to announce its partnership with one of Ireland’s top architectural design studios, seeking experienced Mid-Senior level Architectural Technologists to join their team in Belfast. With several openings available, the studio aims to enhance its workforce with seasoned professionals.

The team’s legacy establishes them as market leaders, with a diverse and collaborative approach spanning various project sectors, including Education, Commercial, and Workplace.

The Role:
Our client is seeking experienced Mid to Senior Level Architectural Technologists with expertise in large-scale complex projects. Ideal candidates, with over 6/7 years of experience in the Irish market, should possess strengths in technical delivery and coordination stages.

Responsibilities:

* Excel in producing technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules Under senior guidance, contribute to the development of sketch/conceptual design.
* Demonstrate proficiency post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages.
* Lead and coordinate layouts, generating tender and construction documentation.
* Collaborate with Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conduct site visits to offer construction and technical support.
* Ensure all designs comply with standards and are constructible.

Requirements:

* Professional qualification as an Architectural Technologist with a focus on complex projects.
* Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
* Over 6/7 years of experience working in an Irish studio.
* Advantageous experience in Industrial projects and large-scale complex schemes.
* Essential expertise in Revit.
