Urban are proud to be partnered with a top Irish architecture firm that are going from strength to strength and busy looking to hire RIAI Architects for their Dublin team. Simply put, the studio are doing really well and with project demand increasing, they have a requirement for experienced Architects to work across the projects coming in and wanting to grow their business through this year and next.
It’s an exciting time at the studio with lots of work lined up for 2024 and beyond. The team has a great reputation and is seen as one of the best studios in Ireland.
The Role:
With a vast catalogue of projects all at different RIAI stages, there is a real opportunity to work in the office as well as out on site, boots on the ground and seeing schemes be built. Projects are diverse with key commissions coming across Residential (Small, Mid-Sized and Large scale projects in Irish and International fields), Urban Design, Masterplanning, Mixed Use, Hospitality and more.
Excellence will ideally be throughout projects from early design through to completion, with professionals having good skills in both front-end design and technical construction phases of mid-large-scale schemes. Current schemes are through detailed design and tender.
The studio are not necessarily looking for the finished article, they are keen to find the right talent that can add immediate influence and value, as well as candidates that they can help train, develop and progress.
Salary is very competitive and depends solely on experience and the knowledge you can bring to the team. Benefits package is attractive and includes health plan, holiday, flexible working and more.
Software: Revit is essential.
