Job Title: Intermediate Interior Designer

Location: New York, USA

Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Interior Designer with 4-8 years of professional experience to join a leader in multi-family residential and commercial design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic projects within New York and across the USA, with additional consideration given to those with international experience. Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software is essential. The candidate must have the right to work in the USA and be living in the state of New York before August 1st.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute creative interior design concepts for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project requirements.
* Utilize Revit and other design software to create detailed plans, renderings, and construction documents.
* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and adherence to design specifications.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions and ideas.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

* 4-8 years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of domestic projects (New York and USA).
* Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs is highly desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
* Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Must have the right to work in the USA.
* Must be residing in the state of New York before August 1st.
