Situated in one of Londons ‘well-heeled’ central boroughs, an international interior architecture and design practice work collaboratively to imagine, design and implement breath-taking, luxurious interiors for HNW clientele. With an increasing client base and yet another wave of project wins, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Interior Architect to join the team.

Projects are typically high end residential properties that can be as local as London or as far afield as the East Coast USA, throughout Europe and further afield to the Middle East. The scope and exposure available in this role is enviable!

The successful professional must demonstrate a proven track record of successful projects while liaising with discerning clients, internal and external design teams as well as manufacturers, suppliers and all other relevant stakeholders. A meticulous eye for detail and in depth knowledge of relevant building regulations, materials and construction is imperative.

Working closely with the Director and Associate, you will be tasked with developing and implementing design concepts through to construction, while also contributing to the design and delivery on the projects on site. AutoCAD proficiency is essential alongside other relevant software.

This role would suit a Interior Architect with at least 5 years relevant experience, post graduation. Previous high end residential project experience is required.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required, as is the capacity to work to strict deadlines and work well autonomously when necessary.
