Urban are delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning and world renowned Architectural giant that are requiring urgent support from experienced Part 2 Assistants, Architects and Project Architects in their London team following huge project wins.
Having recently won international projects in the Middle East, this top global studio are in the market for experienced professionals to provide concept design support through RIBA Stages 0-3. Project typologies are primarily focused on large-scale mixed use and commercial schemes in the Middle East (Hospitality, Retail, Residential, Leisure). Suitable professionals will have shared experience.
Due to the urgency of the work here, I am looking to speak with Experienced Part 2’s, Architects and Project Architects that are immediately available (give or take 1 or 2 weeks). The studio has lots of work on through 2024 and beyond.
These roles are initially on a contract basis. The contract duration is initially for 3 months and this has a very strong possibility of being converted to an opportunity to join the studio permanently. Expected hourly rates for these roles are ranging from £30/37ph PAYE or Umbrella.
If you are normally a permanent employee and have never tried working on a contract basis, this is something we can help with. We offer full support and guidance from start to finish. As stated, this contract is likely to be for 3 months with expectations and a hope that this will turn into an opportunity to join the team permanently in early 2024.
Suitable candidates will have experience in the following criteria:
* Strong design qualities through RIBA Stages 0-3 and a natural creative flair
* Experience of project work in the Middle East and MENA Region
* Revit and Rhino excellence
* Be immediately available (give or take 1 or 2 weeks)
* Live or be able to commute to the London office (Mon-Fri 37.5/40hrs – WFH 2 days, hybrid and office split)
