Urban are thrilled to announce our collaboration with one of Dublin’s top-tier Interior Design and Architecture studios in the search for an Experienced Middleweight Interior Architect to join their expanding team.
With strategic company expansion and a surge in project demand, our client are eager to welcome an experienced professional who can bring significant expertise and value to their dynamic workforce. An experienced / Upper Middleweight is the profile of candidate I am looking to speak with.
The studio boasts a diverse project portfolio spanning Ireland, Europe, and the US, encompassing a wide range of sectors such as Hospitality (Hotels, F&B), Commercial, Retail, Office, and Mixed-Use typologies.
We are seeking accomplished Interior Architects who excel in steering projects from initial design concepts to on-site completion. A key focus in our search is placed on professionals with extensive experience and proficiency in navigating projects through RIAI Stages 0-7.
The studio boasts a vibrant work culture and a positive environment, fostering a setting where staff can flourish and collaborate on projects in an engaging atmosphere. Numerous opportunities for career progression and development are available, with clearly defined paths leading to leadership roles.
The studio use AutoCAD so experience in this will be essential. The team do have capability to use Revit / BIM on projects, depending on the work. This is desirable but not essential.
Salary is based on experience and suitability for the role, alongside the influence you can bring to the team. Benefits include very attractive pay , pension, company laptop, company mobile, death in service, holidays and the loyalty days benefit scheme.
