Our esteemed architectural design client in London are seeking an ARB Architect with 5 years+ post part 3 experience to join their small, but brilliant team.
With a legacy of groundbreaking projects and a commitment to excellence, this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to exciting schemes across the city of London.
The team are award winners to high acclaim having won the RIBA Journal Rising Star and BD Architect of the Year awards in previous years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a studio on the upwards trajectory and going from strength to strength.
The practice have a particular focus upon residential projects, of which are split between public and private clientele. Further projects are across community engagement and sustainability based schemes across the wider London area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to the design process from conceptualisation to construction documentation.
* Strong technical qualities from RIBA Stage 4 onwards (ideally full RIBA stage experience too!)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines.
* Develop and present design proposals, incorporating client feedback and project requirements.
* Create detailed drawings, renderings, and models to communicate design ideas effectively.
* Leverage your ArchiCAD expertise to drive efficient project development and coordination.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of post Part 3 experience, demonstrating a strong track record of architectural projects.
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential for this role.
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
Suitable Architects will have at least 5 years post-part 3 qualification experience. Strong knowledge of ArchiCAD software is essential.
The practice are currently utilising a hybrid working model, consisting of three days per week in the office, and two from home.
