urban are very excited to be supporting in the recruiting for this world renowned multi-disciplinary practice in their search for a regional Interior Division Director to join their London team.
This unique role will allow the right person to power the development of world class design across across offices, hotels, airports, hospitals, sports, education and residential.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture required
-Must be professional Interior Designer and have passed the NCIDQ exam or be a registered Architect with current license.
– If registered Architect, NCARB registration preferred.
– LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.
-Experience in successful business development is essential for this role. You will be expected to participate in selected marketing and business development opportunities.
-Supervisory and managerial experience required
-Published notable projects.
Responsibilities:
-Guide and advise design teams on projects, providing overall design direction to ensure consistent and high-quality design throughout the business unit.
-Responsible for conceptual design excellence; initiates project design concepts and idea discussions, and provides guidance to design teams during project design development.
