Widely considered to be one of the best architectural studios in the country, my award-winning client are an established team in Cambridge who are keen to welcome an Associate Partner / Partner to their studio. This role will be to lead and manage the seamless running of all architectural projects to the highest standards.

The studio are regular award-winners of national and international acclaim with offices around the globe.

This award-winning studio work on some of the most brilliant buildings in a range of project sectors spanning Cultural, Public, Heritage, Conservation, Residential and Education commissions.

The Role:
This role would suit a professional that is based in Cambridge, with a local network and clientele behind them to help drive the business forward. The suitable candidate will have expert industry recognition and be regarded as an exemplar in their field.

The Associate Partner role offers the opportunity to be involved in day-to-day business development and the opportunity to win work for the team. This position presents the opportunity to be a studio leader and manage the team. There will be plenty of project leadership through the whole project journey from concept and delivery stages, working collaboratively with clients and consultants, and leading enthusiastic and talented teams within the studio.

I am looking to speak with Associate Partners that can do it all. Strong experience throughout the RIBA Plan of Work will be important with a proven track record in getting buildings completed.

With the role of Associate being at a senior level, suitable professionals will have excellent client-facing skills, a project management background, be organised and a natural leader who can take responsibility and deliver.
