Urban are delighted to announce its partnership with one of Ireland’s top architectural design studios, seeking experienced Architectural Technologists to join their team in Dublin. With several openings available, the studio aims to enhance its workforce with seasoned professionals.

The Role:
Our client is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists with experience of working on Irish projects. Ideal candidates, with over 4+ years of experience in the Irish market, should possess strengths in technical delivery and coordination stages.
Responsibilities:
* Excel in producing technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules under senior guidance, contribute to the development of sketch/conceptual design.
* Demonstrate proficiency post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages.
* Lead and coordinate layouts, generating tender and construction documentation.
* Collaborate with Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conduct site visits to offer construction and technical support.
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant Irish standards
Requirements:
* Professional qualification as an Architectural Technologist
* Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
* Previous experience working in an Irish studio.
* Revit excellence
