Urban are proud to be working alongside an excellent mid-sized architectural, planning and engineering studio in Dublin that are eager to bolster their team with the addition of an Architectural Technologist (2/3 years experience+).
This is a role targeted towards an individual that would like to progress in their career and have more responsibility on projects. This role will give you the opportunity to take projects through all RIAI stages. Within the RIAI Plan of Work, strong technical and construction knowledge is essential with excellent experience from RIAI 3-7 being key.
Ideal experience for this role will be 2/3 years experience in an Irish studio.
The team are keen to hire the right individual and the skill-set for the studio and their current project workload, with experience in AutoCAD and Revit being desirable. The team use a mix on projects so a varied software skill-set is key.
The studio work across multiple project sectors with extensive public and private sector experience in the residential, commercial, retail, industrial and healthcare sectors, in the Ireland and UK. Current commissions are focused upon Residential schemes, large-scale apartments, multi-unit housing and flats. Experience within the Residential sector will be essential.
