Urban are excited to be working alongside a studio with a brilliant reputation that are based in central Dublin. With the team’s workload looking increasingly busy and planned company growth, the studio are seeking to appoint Architectural Technologists with strong Revit skills (multiple positions!)
The studio work across a range of project sectors with the team consistently bidding, and winning some of Ireland’s most desirable projects. Sectors are varied with work coming in Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Hotels and more.
This role will be best suited to a Technologist with strong experience across post-planning technical phases of projects, with experience and knowledge of Irish regulations and building practices, codes and on-site problem solving experience.
The studio are working in Revit BIM software so previous experience in this will be key and put you at an advantage. Strong revit skills are essential for this role.
Key Skills:
* 3+ years’ experience
* Strong experience in large residential/commercial projects
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong technical knowledge of building construction
* Have good technical design skills
* Hands-on experience managing a project through the RIAI stages
* Full proficiency in Revit
* Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
* Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects simultaneously
