urban have been approached by one of our leading architectural clients in Dublin to help them add an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologists to their existing talented workforce.

I am looking to speak with Architectural Technician/Technologist(s) that are holding professional membership to RIAI/CIAT and have a minimum of 5+ years’ post graduate architectural experience.

The studio work across a multiple of project sectors, both on home-soil in Ireland but also internationally, due to their worldwide reach and reputation. A big name in the industry, the studio has a fantastic portfolio of clients, with most recent work coming in the healthcare sector. Subsequently, experience within the Healthcare industry would put you at a big advantage!

The suitable Technician/Technologist will be capable of contributing to detailed design and production information and capable of developing technical solutions on-site.

The Technician/Technologist will have previous experience leading and co-ordinating design teams and possess fantastic design skills and technical understanding. With the projects covering the whole RIAI stages, on-site experience is preferable with candidates expected to have a previous track record working closely with clients and contractors.

Key Skills:

* Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish Planning and Building Regulations
* Experience in preparing and submitting statutory applications, tender packages and construction documentation.
* Construction site experience.
* Strong communication skills.
