Architectural Project Manager

Location: New York (Hybrid working schedule)

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per annum

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly technical Architectural Project Manager with expertise in BIM management software, particularly dRofus, and proficiency in Revit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a brand new multi-billion-dollar facility project. Past experience with DDC or large institutional projects is a requirement for this role. Experience at larger firms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Manage all aspects of the architectural design process for the multi-billion-dollar facility project, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project objectives.
2 Utilize dRofus BIM management software to coordinate and manage project data, including project information, requirements, and standards.
3 Lead the implementation and utilization of Revit software for architectural design and documentation.
4 Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
5 Oversee the production and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
6 Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
7 Conduct regular meetings and communications with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
8 Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.


1 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2 Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on large institutional or DDC projects.
3 Highly technical with a strong understanding of BIM management software, particularly dRofus.
4 Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and documentation.
5 Experience working on multi-billion-dollar facility projects or similar large-scale projects.
6 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
7 Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment, balancing remote and on-site work as needed.
8 Full legal authorization to work in the specified location.
