ARB Architects

I am looking to speak with ARB Architects for an opportunity with an excellent architectural studio in Manchester as they look to add additional staff to their existing team of professionals.

The Team:
With a busy project workload scheduled for 2024 and beyond, this exciting team are very much on the up and looking to add to their studio with the addition of multiple ARB Architects.

Suitable applicant’s will be joining an established team that work well together in a collaborative environment throughout projects from initial inception design stages through to completion on- site.

The Responsibilities:
The Architect will be expected to have good levels of understanding and experience throughout the plan of work, from design stages to technical stage completion. Key responsibilities will be work through early design stages alongside the client, brief taking and through feasibility. Moving through planning to technical drawings and being on-site to completion. This position will provide excellent opportunity and progression through to job running and leading teams.

Portfolio:
The studio has a diverse and varied portfolio that spans Commercial, Offices, Residential, Mixed Use amongst other typologies. Current workloads are in Residential and Commercially focused projects so excellent experience in this desirable.

BIM:
The team are confident BIM users, experience in Revit will put you at an advantage but this is by no means essential and training can be provided for stand-out applicants.
