ARB Architect (Strong Technical Experience)

With the portfolio of projects growing increasingly busy, my architectural client in London are on the search for an ARB Architect with strong technical skills and construction prowess.

This studio is renowned for its exceptional portfolio of projects spanning various sectors, and they are seeking a talented individual to enhance their team’s capabilities. The team have a handful large-scale residential and office workplace schemes (large project values) in process with a busy period of work expected through 2024.

As an Architect with Strong Technical Construction Expertise, you will play a pivotal role in the studio’s pursuit of excellence in architectural design and project execution. I am looking to speak with Architects that have excellence through RIBA Stages 4-6.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of detailed architectural plans and specifications for a diverse range of projects, ensuring they meet regulatory and construction standards.
* Conduct thorough technical reviews of designs and construction documentation to identify and resolve potential issues.
* Expertise and strong technical construction knowledge through RIBA Stages 4-6
* Provide valuable input during the construction phase, assisting in the resolution of technical challenges that may arise.


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture – ARB registered desirable.
* Proven experience as an Architect with a strong emphasis on technical construction within an architectural studio setting.
* Proficiency in Vectorworks – Essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an acute attention to detail.
