Part 2 Architectural Assistant / Architectural Designer – MUST be ArchiCAD Proficient

Salary Range: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a similar-level professional to join our growing design team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, primarily within the luxury residential sector, with some exposure to commercial and office typologies.
The successful candidate will support the design team and project architects in delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion. This role offers a collaborative and vibrant working environment, hybrid flexibility, and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the production of tender and construction drawing packages alongside the Project Architect.
* Coordinate consultant information and support the team with contract administration, shop drawing reviews, and AI’s.
* Contribute to project running, quality control, and obtaining statutory approvals, including licences to alter and planning permissions.
* Collaborate with the senior team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential), ideally with experience transitioning to BIM.
* A strong portfolio showcasing at least 2 years of experience in luxury residential design.
* Excellent technical and creative skills, with the ability to resolve design challenges effectively.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
