I am delighted to be working alongside a mid-sized architectural and interior design studio in Central Dublin as they look to welcome an experienced Architect (5 years+) to their team.
With an increase in projects set for the year ahead and a healthy portfolio of work, the team are looking to hire an Architect to work through all RIAI stages of projects taking schemes from initial inception and early design, right through to construction on site.
The Role:
Suitable Architects will have experience of working through all RIAI stage and be confident in design and construction phases. This role is best targeted to an Architect that is confident working with clients and supporting junior members of the team.
The studio are renowned for their small-mid-sized residential projects, with the majority being focused on domestic and private residential work. A previous background and interest in external and internal work on domestic housing projects will be desirable. The studio have an architecture and interiors team.
Software:
The team are AutoCAD users and are looking for Architects that are confident with this program. There is capability to use Revit should this be required with licenses in the office.
Salary:
Salary is dependent entirely on experience and the value the Architect would bring to the team. Figures are shaping up at 52-62k, maybe more for the right person.
