Urban are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the very best international design studios on their live requirement for a Senior Architect OR Technologist with Interior Design experience to join their growing Dublin team.

The team are dedicated to producing world-class sustainable projects across a range of sectors. They are growing and going from strength to strength in Ireland with increasing success in delivering Corporate Interiors. There is fantastic growth potential within the company for the successful candidate.
The Role:
I am looking to speak with Senior Architects OR Technologists that ideally have 8yrs+ technical experience through all RIAI project stages, with experience in both, base build projects, and interior fit-outs. Suitable candidates will have the ability to successfully work as part of a technical team and support and manage technical packages through all design stages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience managing and developing projects
* Excellence through technical project stages
* Lead the creation of design drawings and documents
* Manage detailed design, the production information process and coordinate detailed design information.
* Strong experience dealing with building regulations and planning approvals
* Excellent site experience
* Revit excellence
The team work across Workplace, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Civic, Cultural amongst other project typologies. Key commissions are primarily focused on commercial workplace schemes in what this studio are considered one of the world’s best!
