I am working alongside a leading architectural studio in central Dublin that are hiring for Project Leads (either Architects OR Technologists) to join their busy studio due to planned company growth and a big portfolio of work scheduled for late 2024, 2025 and beyond.
Looking for a role with responsibility? Ready to showcase your experience in project leading? Hopefully this role is of interest! This position involves a balance of design leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
The studio work across a range of project sectors with the team consistently bidding, and winning some of Ireland’s most desirable projects. Sectors are varied with work coming in Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Hotels and more.
This role will be best suited to an Architect OR Technologist with strong experience across both design and technical phases of projects, with experience and knowledge of Irish regulations and building practices. You’ll need to have a proven track record of having leading design and technical teams through construction stages of projects.
The studio are working in Revit so previous experience in this will be key and put you at an advantage.
Key Skills:
* Strong design and technical knowledge and detailing skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish Planning and Building Regulations
* Experience in project leading and job running
* Construction site experience.
* Strong communication skills.
