Architectural Drafter/Architect in Training (Interior Group)
Location: Remote
Hourly rate: $30 – $40 per hour
Start Date: Immediate, 30-day minimum with potential for extension up to 6 months

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing firm that has continued to excel despite market challenges, having recently surpassed last year’s revenue and added 20 new team members. Their goal is to expand and double their headcount over the next three years. Currently, they are looking to hire a skilled Architectural Drafter/Architect in Training to join their Interior Group and support critical upcoming project deadlines.

This is a remote, short-term contract role with the possibility of long-term opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural drafting, interior elevations, and modeling, and be proficient with Revit and Bluebeam. The firm is offering a competitive salary and is open to adjusting the rate if the perfect candidate comes along.

Main Responsibilities:

* Drafting and preparing architectural drawings, with a focus on interior elevations.
* Making adjustments to designs based on redline corrections.
* Collaborating with the team to meet tight project deadlines.
* Supporting the firm’s diverse portfolio, potentially including higher education and other project types (to be confirmed).
* Remote collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications/Skills:

* 1-2 years of experience as an Architect in Training (AIT) or a licensed Architect.
* Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is essential.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with architectural detailing and elevations.
* Ability to take direction and independently adjust designs based on feedback.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a remote setup.
