Matteo joined urban in December 2022 and brought over 9 years of experience in architectural recruitment to the team. He started his career with two major agencies, developing his skills in London before broadening his expertise in New York. Matteo specialises in recruiting for large, international architecture studios, particularly those with a focus on cultural, civic, educational, and institutional projects.
