Mark Nagle

Brand founder; Mark, heads up the urban business, leading alongside Charlotte.

He originally founded the Architecture and Interior Design team in 2014, as part of our sister brand; Stride Resourcing.

Mark started recruiting for the architecture industry back in 2005, when many of the current team were still at junior school; not that we like to remind him just how old he is!

Mark ardently believes that business should be carried out with passion, strong ethics and the ambition to make the industry a better place through taking positive action, rather than nice words.

He is a proud ambassador of Blueprint for All (formerly known as Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust) and established the award-winning #BeMoreInclusive programme alongside them.

Outside of work, Mark is a proud father of 3 boys, is a mediocre tennis player. He will also be running the London and New York marathons later in 2022, having completed the London Marathon to raise money for Blueprint for All in 2019.
