The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong design background and at least 8 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role within the high-end residential sector. This position is a unique and standalone administrative role, reporting directly to the Design Director.
You will play a critical, behind-the-scenes part in the success of our projects, ensuring seamless coordination and problem-solving across teams. This is not a client-facing role; instead, you will act as a collaborative support system for our design teams and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from inception to completion.
* Collaborate with design teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
* Identify and resolve project-related challenges effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
* Support the Design Director with administrative tasks and project management oversight.
* Act as a liaison between various departments to streamline project workflows.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience in project management within a similar firm.
* Proven expertise in high-end residential design projects.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
